Together with kitchen Chefs Ivan Beusink and Yascha Oosterberg, Bijdendijk introduced his Low Countries’ cuisine, which is firmly rooted in Dutch produce – in all its modest glory.
The chef and his young team draw their inspiration from ingredients grown on Dutch soil, often making use of the many international flavours that have influenced Dutch cuisine across the centuries.
At RIJKS® you can choose from 15 different dishes on the menu. However, we recommend you to choose our 5 or 7-course ‘Rijks table’ menu. In this menu 3 courses are fixed, the other courses can be filled by the guest. In addition, we also serve a lunch menu of 3 or 4 courses.
